Refund Policy

We provide a full no-questions-asked refund within fourteen (14) days after a purchase has been made, and you have consumed less than 15% of a course, whichever comes first. Send an email to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of your purchase and before viewing more than 15% of a course, letting us know that you wish for a refund. After that, all payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits. Event access, one-time purchases (other than courses), memberships, and services are non-refundable, unless strictly expressed otherwise on the event, one-time purchase, membership, or service page. We reserve the right to refuse refunds to anyone who abuses this Refund Policy.

The School does not provide any warranties regarding the performance or operation of the school. Furthermore, the School does not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the information, contents, materials, documents, programs, products, books, or services included in or through the school. To the fullest extent permissible under the law, the School disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

By using the information provided by the school and/or downloading any resources, you agree to absolve the School of any liability or loss that you or any person or entity associated with you may suffer or incur. You also agree that the School shall not be liable to you for any type of damages, including direct, indirect, special, incidental, equitable, or consequential loss or damages resulting from the use of the school.

The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the school may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically made to the information provided herein. The School and/or its suppliers may make improvements and/or changes to the school at any time.
